FYI- we just want to put out some information and clarification to everyone when it comes to receiving anything from management as in: Letter of Counseling, Letter of Reprimand, Proposal or Memorandum of Instruction. Please know that when you sign them you are not admitting guilt or taking any responsibility from it, you are just signing saying you’ve received it. Management should be asking any questions, it’s just issuance of the letters. Once issued any of these just sign it and take the appropriate copies with you. Please notify your Steward after.

If management asks any questions it is something different then just an issuance and you should then have representation in with you.
