NCBA Ratified

Good afternoon Chapter 141,

We are pleased to announce that the NCBA has finally been agreed upon by CBP and NTEU National. NTEU National will be releasing the final draft soon, which will then be put out to our members for ratification.

We will be posting that information on our Facebook page and at NTEU141.COM.

On December 2nd at 1600, we will have a ratification meeting for chapter 141 members to vote on accepting the contract. This meeting will be held virtually and all members in good standing will be able to vote. A zoom link will be posted at a later date.

Because ratification of the contract is considered internal union business, you cannot be on duty time during the meeting.
